Our Pre-Incubation Training Program is designed to cater to early-stage startups that are yet to establish a firm footing in the market. The program focuses on fostering a conducive environment for ideation, validation, and developing a viable business model. With a duration of 10-12 weeks, it combines both theoretical knowledge and practical exercises to empower entrepreneurs with the necessary skills to kickstart their journey. Key Components: Ideation and Opportunity Assessment: Our program begins by encouraging participants to explore various problem areas and ideate potential solutions. Through workshops, brainstorming sessions, and market research exercises, entrepreneurs refine their ideas and assess their market potential. Business Model Canvas: We guide participants in developing a robust business model using the widely recognized Business Model Canvas framework.
Our program equips entrepreneurs with invaluable knowledge and skills necessary for establishing and scaling their startups. It covers all essential aspects, from ideation to sales, fostering a holistic understanding of the startup ecosystem. Participants have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, mentors, industry experts, and potential investors.
